It is not often that I write to anyone to compliment thier staff, but I would like to recognise Jess who is one of your Customer Service Representatives.
Recently, I had a problem with one of my orders, and prior to dealing with Jess I was quite prepared never to use your services again, but Jess has changed my opinion.
