What is a Brother Factory Refurbished Unit? A Brother Factory Refurbished Unit is a unit which has been bought from a retailer and returned by the purchaser very soon after purchase for whatever reason. Recently, I had a problem with one of my orders, and prior to dealing with Jess I was quite prepared never to use your services again, but Jess has changed my opinion.
