It is not often that I write to anyone to compliment thier staff, but I would like to recognise Jess who is one of your Customer Service Representatives.
Recently, I had a problem with one of my orders, and prior to dealing with Jess I was quite prepared never to use your services again, but Jess has changed my opinion. The variety of products you supply certainly makes it a site that I would make regular use of, but if I had not had these problems sorted in such a friendly, courteous and timely manner I would likely have sought another outlet.
Please pass on my thanks to Jess, I know having worked in many places that people are quick to complain and slow to compliment, but feel on this occassion that Jess deserves recognition for her efforts.
